Since opening the site and trying to validate the code I have discovered wordpress has been adding [p] tags all over the place so I am having to go through each pahe on the site and fix it.
you may see some text without paragraph breaks and odd little glitches but these are being worked on

All the pages are now validating with the exception of the front page. This is because of the “latest blog posts” area, but it is being looked at.
